How to use

14 treatments with one strip each for the upper and lower row of teeth. You wear the strips for 1 hour a day for 14 days. For long-term whitening, always pause for 7 days before carrying out further treatments.

This is how it works:

  1. Brush your teeth 30 minutes before use to whiten them optimally and evenly.
  2. Remove the “upper” strip from its protective foil. Apply the strip centrally to your upper row of teeth, below the gum line. Fold the over-hanging part of the strip behind your teeth.
  3. Next, apply the “lower” strip to your lower row of teeth in the same way.
  4. Remove the strips after maximum 1 hour and brush your teeth if necessary.
